1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EthosSim (“the Application”), operated by Systemores LLC (“Systemores”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Application.
2. Platform Scope & Simulation Engine
EthosSim provides Population Studio synthetic cohort modeling (100 to 10,000 digital twin personas), AI Agent Safety Auditing (Single-agent drift, Multi-agent graph auditor, Chaos middleware controller, Trace telemetry auditor), and Statutory Compliance Dossier exports (EU AI Act EU 2024/1689, ISO 42001, IEEE 7000, EEOC standards). All simulation models are calibrated against empirical benchmark datasets.
3. 31-Language Engine & International Auditing
EthosSim supports multi-lingual simulation prompts and interface translation across 31 supported languages. Users generating regulatory compliance dossiers or population studies must ensure compliance with regional synthetic data and AI governance laws.
4. Simulation Data Rights & Local Persistence
Saved simulation runs and statutory compliance dossiers are saved directly in your web browser local storage. Users retain full rights to export JSON payloads or purge local storage at any time via the Storage Manager modal.
5. Disclaimer & Empirical Model Boundaries
EthosSim synthetic digital twin projections and AI agent drift metrics provide empirical risk modeling for product launches, governance, and safety evaluation. They are designed to supplement, not replace, formal human safety review and legal oversight.
