1. Simulation Processing & Local Persistence

EthosSim enforces strict data isolation. When running Population Studio cohort modeling or AI Agent Auditor scans:

Simulation prompts and parameters are processed to compute digital twin adoption metrics statelessly.
Saved simulation runs, agent trace telemetry, and statutory compliance dossiers (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, IEEE 7000) are stored in your browser local storage (localStorage).
You can review storage usage, export JSON payloads, or purge local data anytime via the [ 💾 Saved (N) ] storage manager modal.

2. How Data Is Used

Simulation parameters and agent audit traces are used exclusively to model population adoption rates, compute Behavioral Drift Index (BDI), and generate regulatory compliance dossiers. Your simulation inputs are never monetized or shared with third-party ad networks.

3. Data Retention & User Control

Because saved simulation scenarios and compliance dossiers reside locally on your machine, you retain complete authority over data retention. Purging local storage permanently removes all simulation records from your browser.
